Round 5 & 6 of PCCI
The Porsche Carrera Cup Italia confirmed Riccardo Pera as leader after a thrilling round, the third meeting of the 2017 one-make series, held in Vallelunga, 30 kilometers from Rome. The Ebimotors driver won race 2 extending to 17 points his temporary lead on Alessio Rovera (Tsunami RT ? Centro Porsche Padova), who finished first in race 1. Rovera dominated Saturday's race from pole position but during the second race of the weekend he was forced to retire due to a contact with Daniele Cazzaniga (Ghinzani Arco Motorsport ? Centro Porsche Milano) while they were battling for the fourth position.
The championship leader, Riccardo Pera, was only fourth in race 1 but he managed to fight back the day after beating Enrico Fulgenzi (Ghinzani Motorsport ? Centro Porsche Latina) and Gianmarco Quaresmini (Dinamic Motorsport ? Centro Porsche Bologna) that have finished respectively second and third. Thanks to its two podium, Fulgenzi has scored more points than all his rivals during the Vallelunga weekend and he his only five units behind Rovera at the general classification.
In the Michelin Cup category, Ivan Jacoma (Ghinzani Motorsport) and Alex De Giacomi (Dinamic Motorsport ? Centro Porsche Mantova) won one race each but Niccolò Mercatali (Dinamic Motorsport ? Centro Porsche Bologna) and Lino Curti (Tsunami RT ? Centro Porsche Padova) are still in on track for the championship.

Mekaru Extended his Winning Streaks of the 2017 Season
From Saturday, June 24 ? Sunday, June 25, the third and fourth round of GT3 Cup Challenge Japan were held on the Fuji Speedway.
Round 3: June 24 (Saturday) Weather: cloudy / road surface: dry
#21 Mekaru, who won the first two races this season, started from pole position and finished the race at the first place again. He already built a huge gap, about 10 seconds, at third lap and showed his talent to the competitors.
Meanwhile, the fights for the second to fourth position were busy changing positions every lap. At the end, #32 Ohnami came after #21 Mekaru. #77 Musashi and #23 Funai's battle for the third place continued until the final lap. Actually #23 Funai won the podium after #77 Musashi's spin in the seventh lap.
Round 4: June 25 (Sunday) Weather: rain / road surface: wet
In the fourth race, each vehicle came up with rain tires due to a light rain from the morning. It was #21 Mekaru, who had been winning all races this season, started from pole but did over-run the first corner of the second lap - #32 Ohnami took the lead for a while. However, He spun out at the last corner of the same lap. #21 Mekaru returned to the top and accomplished the fourth winning streak.
#23 Funai won a fierce second-place battle by the four cars with no mistakes. Once, #32 Ohnami lost his position by his mistake, but showed a brilliant comeback and finished third.
